The Royal Care Inc., based in New York, was founded by Faye Klein, a woman who found herself in the role of extended caregiver for her own loved one and wary of entrusting her parent’s care into the hands of an alternate caregiver.

Today, The Royal Care Inc. is a family owned comprehensive homecare agency licensed by the New York State Department of Health and accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission. Royal Care is managed by professionals with years of home healthcare and geriatric expertise. Highly skilled staff members currently provide a full range of superior homecare services to culturally diverse clients—Chinese Korean, Spanish, Russian, Yiddish and English speaking patients who live throughout the five Boroughs of New York City and Nassau County.

Our reputation of more than a decade of homecare excellence renders Royal Care the homecare provider of choice for countless patients, families, nursing homes, social workers, and hospital discharge planners. Most telling, perhaps, is the fact that Royal Care is sought after by Certified Home Healthcare agencies, to partner with them in serving their patients.

A higher standard of homecare

Since 1995, The Royal Care, Inc., a New York State licensed homecare agency, has been providing comprehensive homecare services to seniors and disabled persons in the New York Metropolitan Area. The Royal Care, Inc.’s (Royal Care) pledge to patients, families and healthcare professionals is one of commitment to earning their ongoing confidence in our professional, competent and compassionate care that factors the patient’s quality of life into every aspect of service we provide.

Applying the Golden Rule

Because there are life-affirming needs for all people, at any age or stage of life, Royal Care respects the value and dignity of both patients and caregivers. That’s why we invest in our caregivers through ongoing training, career development and cultural sensitivity. We know that an investment in training of our caregivers is the source for achievement of patient satisfaction and caregiver pride in a job well done.
